Simon is a bass player who has played in a few bands in the Townsville area over recent years, including:

- The Turnips
- Space and Time
- Townsville (the band)
He plays a watermelon coloured 5 string Charvel bass (like this but pinker) with a Trace Elliot 4×10 combo amp (like this but a lot more beat up) and a trusty Boss TU2 (exactly like this).
