For those that got the chance to see & hear Mike Cooper play I’m sure they would all agree that he was awesome. His sound and style and voice all add up to just a great nights entertainment where we got to appreciate a great talent doing something he is passionate about. Mike said he has been on tour for almost 10 weeks. He flew into Australia - did Bendigo, Adelaide, Pt Lincoln, WA, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane then Townsville & Cairns & slipped over to NZ in there as well. He uses all “G” tuning on his National guitar which he bought in the 50’s for a steal! He broke up his diverse set’s with some pretty funny tales about his travels - one especially how he almost lost his beloved guitar in Bangkok!
